The Arizona Cardinals visit Heinz Field to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in tonight’s Super Bowl XLIII rematch and preseason opener for both teams.

Kickoff is at 8 p.m. ET and the game can be seen on ESPN. A replay of the game will air on NFL Network at 1 p.m. ET on Saturday.

This also marks the first opportunity for one of our On The Fringe players to showcase his talents on the field in game situations. That makes Cardinals WR Lance Long one player to keep a very close eye on Thursday night as he attempts to make his team’s 53-man roster.

Long raised eyebrows during last year’s preseason, making five catches for 64 yards in limited playing time. That effort — along with an impressive camp — earned the undrafted rookie free agent a spot on the Cardinals’ practice squad. Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt said that his team’s starters will likely play a couple of series, which could give Long additional playing time.

Here is a look at other On The Fringe players in action during this weekend’s preseason games …
