Buccaneers safety Cody Grimm explains the process of how he found out he made the 53-man roster, calling Saturday a “crazy day” in his life.
More than 2,500 players will compete for roster spots in NFL training camps this year. For some, camp is a formality; their jobs are secure. For others, each practice is a fight for their NFL life.

Hard work and determination pays off. They said you were too small. They didn’t believe you could do the job. Way to use that as fuel and get your goal. Be proud of your accomplishments and celebrate your achievement every play. Just keep showin’ em what you got! You can have the most in the world, but without heart, guts and the drive to succeed…you’re just another talker. I respect people who shut up and get it done. Well done man. Well done!
